Return

Items are only refundable if they are unworn, unwashed, tags attached (if applicable), and in sellable condition as when they were received.

Your original invoice is required as well as a valid I.D. may be required for all exchanges.

All altered items are non-refundable including but not limited to, hemming, tailored shirts, and personalized embroidery.

Refunds

Items will be accepted in return for a full refund for the following reasons:

  • The item is defective.
  • The item received is not the item ordered.
  • The Item differs in specifications from the ordered items.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment for purchase in 3-5 business days.

Exchanges

Unworn and/or unused items will be accepted for exchange for size, color, and style reasons. Any difference in cost will be charged or credited accordingly. If reason for the exchange is not an error in order fulfillment, customer must pay for shipping to and from 2 Hot Activewear.

Credit

Store credit can be issued instead of refund or exchange at any time.
